Sponsorship and Scholarship Opportunities
ACFSA Conference SponsorshipSponsorships are designed to enhance ACFSA conferences while giving professional partners the opportunity to show their support for the professional development of those in the correctional foodservice industry. There is a wide range of sponsorship opportunities available.
Sponsor recognition occurs in a variety of ways. First, their names are listed in INSIDER Magazine. The professional partners are also recognized at the International Conference. They are individually recognized from the podium, on signs at the event they sponsor and in the on-site program. In addition, they wear nametag ribbons designating their level of donation. Finally, contributing professional partners who exhibit at the International Conference have signs displayed in their booths identifying them as sponsors. These signs also indicate the level of financial commitment. For the sponsorship program the levels of financial commitment are as follows:
ACFSA Scholarship Program
- Newly revised program to encourage new members and up and coming leaders!
The ACFSA scholarship program provides professional partners with the opportunity to show support for the educational development of ACFSA members. It also increases conference attendance. Professional partners donate to a scholarship fund which is distributed to foodservice personnel. The recipients use these funds either to attend ACFSA conferences or pursue additional education. ACFSA will reimburse recipients up to $750 for scholarships. This program is beneficial for recipients because they gain knowledge about the correctional foodservice industry. It is beneficial for professional partners because they attract potential clients and gain both recognition and appreciation. This program is one of the best ways to bring professional partners and foodservice members together.
